Salkhu Hembrum scored four goals to power Club-73, the host, to a thumphing 6-1 win over Mangala Club (Cuttack) in a quarterfinal match of the All-Orissa Satyabrata Memorial Day-Night Football Tournament at Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar today. Prasant Naik and M Mohanty netted the other two goals for Club-73, while the consolation goal for Mangala was struck by N Swain.
East Coast Railway joined Club-73 in the semifinal, defeating Unit-VI Athletic Association 1-0 earlier in the first quarterfinal clash. J Mohanty scored the all-important goal in the sixth minute. Orissa Home Guard will meet State Sports Hostel and SAI Hostel will take on Ispat Alloys (Balasore) in the last two quarterfinals on Thursday.
